No referral is needed. You can book directly as a new patient — just call (843) 225-2550 to schedule.
What happens at my first visit?
Dr. Quinn reviews your health history, performs an exam, and discusses a personalized care plan. Many patients receive their first gentle adjustment the same day.
Are chiropractic adjustments safe?
Yes. Dr. Quinn uses gentle, drug-free techniques suitable for every age, from newborns to grandparents.
Do you offer prenatal (pregnancy) chiropractic?
Yes. Dr. Quinn is Webster Technique certified, providing gentle prenatal care for comfort and optimal positioning for birth.

Dr. Quinn suffered from migraine headaches as a child. After little relief from medicine, someone referred her to a Chiropractor. When her migraines disappeared after being adjusted, she decided she would become a Chiropractor. Dr. Quinn received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College, with Magna Cum Laude honors. Dr. Quinn has been practicing in the Charleston area for over 16 years.
She opened the doors to Total Family Wellness in September 2011, which completed to dream of having her own family practice. Since becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Quinn has expanded her family and knowledge of Chiropractic. She loves attending continuing education seminars that focus on women and children! She is a member of The South Carolina Chiropractic Association, International Pediatric Chiropractic Association, and is Webster certified. She is a CF-L2 coach at Starboard CrossFit..
Dr. Quinn has always enjoyed working with expectant moms, but after her pregnancies, she knows first-hand the benefits of CHIROPRACTIC throughout pregnancy and beyond. Dr. Quinn lives in Goose Creek with her husband, Bryan and children, Nevaeh, Peyton, Addison, and her dog, Manning.
Outside the office, Dr. Quinn enjoys cooking health recipes, CrossFit, and being outside as much as possible.
